Cardboard Cushioning Converter
Converts all your
cardboard waste
such as
solid board, corrugated board and paper into loose and void fill
material. The pre-cutter trims the width of cardboard to 450mm
and handles up to twin flute boxes.
Knives in the machine cut a regular pattern of slits in the
cardboard and by
compression it becomes loose-fill material. The
fill and wrapping material is
ideal for packing.

In the same instance as you would
otherwise flatten the box and tidy it up you are now able to
manufacture appropriate loose-fill material. This method is
